Sandra Bullock claims she has personally encountered a UFO and is now convinced that aliens are already among us — watching humanity from somewhere in the shadows.

The 62-year-old Hollywood star opened up about her mysterious experience on Kylie Kelce’s Not Gonna Lie podcast.

The actress said she once witnessed a strange phenomenon in the sky with her own eyes that she could not explain. “There are alien ships flying in the sky. I’ve seen them,” Bullock said in a promotional clip for the podcast.

Bullock said she was particularly relieved that the U.S. government had finally acknowledged the existence of unexplained phenomena. As she put it, the development helped her stop feeling like she was “crazy.”

Asked how many times she had seen a UFO, Bullock laughed and replied: “Just once.”

The mysterious encounter took place while she was filming on the island of Saint Martin. One evening, Bullock and several members of the film crew went to the beach. According to the actress, they had a couple of beers and lay on the sand, looking up at the night sky.

At first, Bullock noticed a small point of light and assumed it was a satellite.

But then something far stranger happened.

The actress said she was watching the glowing object move across the sky when another light suddenly appeared from a different direction.

She initially thought it might be an airplane, but the two objects suddenly stopped and remained motionless in the same spot. Then three more lights began moving toward them.

“There were five of them altogether. It was like they all came together,” Bullock recalled.

And then came the most unbelievable part.

“And all of a sudden — poof! — they just took off,” the actress said.

Bullock admitted that she had been slightly tipsy from the beer that night, which initially made her question whether she had really seen what she thought she had seen. But, she said, another person in the group also witnessed the strange spectacle in the sky.

“I just kept quiet about it until the government released the documents. And it turned out that actual pilots had seen that exact formation of objects, too. So I felt like my story had been validated,” the actress said.

She was referring to the large-scale release of U.S. documents concerning UFOs and unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP), which, according to the report, began in May and included newly released military videos and eyewitness testimony.

But Bullock’s revelations didn’t end there.

The actress said she is convinced that extraterrestrial life exists.

“I think they’re here. I think they’re here watching us and laughing, but we can’t see them.”
