At 45, Adriana Lima has sparked concern among fans after appearing to show what seems to be the slimmest figure of her career. The supermodel was recently spotted in Paris, just weeks before her return to the Victoria’s Secret runway.

Lima attended a glamorous REVOLVE Magazine event during Paris Fashion Week. For the occasion, the star wore a short leather trench-style dress, but attention soon shifted from her striking outfit to her noticeably changed physique.

The model showed off extremely slender legs and a sharply defined jawline.

Users on social media were quick to express their surprise. “Sorry, but WHAT happened to Adriana Lima’s legs?” one person wrote.

Another commented, “Her legs are thinner than my arms,” while a third directly attributed the model’s changed appearance to the use of weight-loss drugs: “Ozempic — that’s what happened.”

Some commenters also speculated that Lima may have undergone liposuction. “Extreme weight loss,” one user wrote. Another added: “Whatever she did to lose weight, it resulted in muscle loss.”

Others, however, came to the supermodel’s defense. “She lost weight, so what? She’s a model, she lost weight — oh my God, what a scandal,” one fan wrote.

Another user commented: “She is beautiful. Her husband is very lucky. Very lucky.”

Lima remains one of Victoria’s Secret’s most recognizable models and will return to the runway for the legendary show this year. The 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is scheduled to take place in Los Angeles on October 18.
