There are no minor details in manicure. Incorrectly chosen form, nail color or length can spoil the impression from your manicured hands. The expert in manicure Karine Mouradian told NEWS.am STYLE how to choose the form of nails, to enhance the beauty of hands and hide the flaws.

“When you do a manicure, everything is important, including the choice of the color and shape of the nails.

If you have thin delicate fingers, you can use any shape, but most of all, classical: an oval and a square with rounded edges.

Perfectly square shape is suitable to owners of large hands. Such form will hide the extra width of the nail.

Now a few words about the choice of color. Dark skin is suitable for bright colors and red shades, but I strongly advise you against green shades. Light skin is absolutely fit to all colors. I’ll tell you one interesting rule: the darker the color, the lighter the skin appears. So if you want to emphasize the tan, I advise to use pastel shades, and if the opposite – blue or burgundy,” she said.
