NEWS.am STYLE presents the most dangerous enemies for the teeth, as well as advices of dentist Armen Nahapetyan on how best to protect them.

Despite the wide-spread opinion, that sweet is the N1 enemy for the teeth, it is in fact sour. Those who love lemon and eat it directly will have their teeth deteriorated almost to the half.

The second place occupies sweet. Lovers of chocolate, caramel and other sweeties should be well aware that in case they do not resist the temptation of tasting the sweet, they should at least clean the mouth with water.

And finally the third place occupies the sunflower seed. If people eat it without first removing the shell with hands then the teeth will likely be deteriorated.
