On Wednesdays, women look older and more tired than usual. This statement was made by British scientists, describing even the exact hour – 3:30 p.m. The study found that 12% of women consider Wednesday the most stressful day of the week. That same day, the energy level drops to a minimum, and job stress, on the contrary, increases. Quarter of the women said they feel the pressure of stress several times a week, and 19% of the respondents complained about the decline of the strongest energy drop during the lunch time on Wednesdays. With the loss of strength and a bad mood ladies prefer to fight, by choosing on snacks and sweets, MedikForum informs.
Interestingly, the happiest day of the week is Friday, because the long-awaited weekend is ahead. Experts advise women to reduce the intensity of alcohol on the weekends, so as not to be afraid of Wednesdays, as on weekends, 45% of respondents drank alcohol.
