35-year-old Lamar Odom will not be facing drug charges for the incident that occurred in a Las Vegas brothel last October, according to the Associated Press.

Evidence in the case could not prove that the former NBA player used drugs like cocaine during his three days at the brothel, so he will not be charged with a felony.

The cocaine discovered in Lamar‘s system had already metabolized, which made it too difficult to determine when he had used it during his stay in Las Vegas.

Lamar‘s condition since the incident has been improving and he was recently moved from the hospital to a rehab facility close to Khloe Kardashian.
