The World Health Organization (WHO) organized a joint global concert together with the Global Citizen movement. The event was held online.
All the proceeds will be used to buy surgical masks and protective suits for the doctors who are fighting against COVID-19.
Numerous show-business stars took part in this concert.
The musical "marathon," entitled “One World: Together At Home,” aired on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, and lasted eight hours during which numerous renowned musicians—such as Elton John, Paul McCartney, Lady Gaga, Billie Eilish, Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez, Celine Dion, and Taylor Swift—performed.

All the celebrities also called on people to stay at home to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus and to help doctors.
The physicians also addressed the audience with their stories.
