Garik Achemyan, a relative of the famous Armenian make-up artist Hrush Achemyan, died during the war unleashed by Azerbaijan, Hrush wrote on her Instagram.

"The current atrocities taking place in Armenia & Artsakh have made me sick to my stomach the current news I’ve received that my cousin Garik Achemyan age of 19 that courageously stood in the frontline protecting our motherland from terrorists was skinned alive and dismembered, what kind of war is this how those one have the time to stop and skin a hero if your in an active battlefield this is not a war this is a one-sided Genocide they did not succeed in 1915 so why not finish what their ancestors started during a pandemic. Why is this not plastered all over the news? As a direct descendent of a survivor I’m outraged that the USA has not stepped in and put this massacre to an end," she said.
