The Oscar will take place in a month and the organizers have begun active preparations for the event. Last week it became known that the award for the first time in history will be held in two places at once - at the Los Angeles train station, where the nominees will gather, and at the Dolby Theater.
Insiders report that this is not the only change in the regulations - this year the ceremony will be held without hosts. Besides, the producers have not yet decided on the list of those who will present the awards to the winners.
Earlier, the organizing committee noted that those who cannot attend the award will not have the opportunity to connect to the broadcast via video communication. The letter to the nominees also highlighted the importance of adhering to the dress code - guests will not be allowed to attend the event in casual clothes.
