The father and sister of the American writer Julia Quinn, known for a series of books about the Bridgerton family, died in an accident.

According to the Metro newspaper, the accident occurred on June 29 in Utah, US. A grocery delivery truck lost its cargo on the highway, causing a Chevrolet Malibu and an electric Toyota Prius to brake sharply in its wake. The pickup driver who was following the cars did not have time to brake, colliding with an electric car, which then crashed into a neighboring car.
