The British authorities intend to seek the extradition of the famous American actor and producer Kevin Spacey from the United States after accusations of harassment.  It is reported by The Guardian.

The artist must come from the United States, as he was accused of harassing three men. If he does not, the British authorities will seek official extradition.  In such a case, American police could be sent to find 62-year-old Spacey and detain him on behalf of the British authorities.

The official extradition may take several months. The US Department of Justice will have to examine the documents sent from the UK. In order to be detained, they had to ascertain that there was a probable cause for the offences.
