Dan Bilzerian has confirmed to The Armenian Report that he will be visiting Armenia on July 5.
The Armenian American poker player, businessman, and social media influencer said that he is headed to the Armenian capital Yerevan to go to his Ignite store.
In 2018 Bilzerian went to Armenia and Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh). During his visit, he got his Armenian citizenship and registered for military service.
Following his three-day visit to Artsakh in 2018, Azerbaijan issued a warrant for his arrest. Bilzerian told People magazine that he will fight the charges, adding that he has “no interest in ever going to Azerbaijan.”
During the 2020 Artsakh war, Bilzerian pledged $250,000 for Artsakh.
