Lawyers for Hollywood actress Amber Heard said that the actress has suffered financial losses of up to $50 million because of the slander of her ex-husband Johnny Depp, published court documents inform, writes The Daily Beast.
Heard has lost between $47 million and $50 million over three to five years. Amber's lawyers also noted that the actress' status prior to the lawsuits was comparable to that of movie stars such as Jason Momoa, Gal Gadot, Zendaya, Ana de Armas and Chris Pine.
In early June, a jury unanimously found Amber Heard guilty in the case against Johnny Depp and ordered her to pay the actor $15 million in compensation. However, Western tabloids soon reported that the actress is having serious problems with her finances and is going to appeal.
Earlier it was alleged that the actress sold the house to pay off Depp.
