Meghan Markle admits that Prince Harry sent her to psychologist

20:19, October 12

Not long ago, Meghan Markle released her own podcast, Archetypes. By the way, at the end of August it became the most listened to podcast on Spotify in the United States, Canada, Britain, Australia and New Zealand.

So, the day before a new episode came out, in which Constance Wu, Deepika Padukone and Jenny Slate were guests, and the theme of the episode was "Hysteria."

This time, Meghan criticized the TV series "How I Met Your Mother" and "Scrubs." The Duchess thinks the writers could have avoided using the word "crazy" in reference to women. Meghan says she is very negative about that word, that label, the fact that it's being tossed around so carelessly. It does a lot of damage to society and to women, from ruined relationships and families to ruined reputations and ruined careers. Women are afraid of getting this stigma, so they keep quiet about their problems. Because of this, those of them who are experiencing real mental health issues don't get help and support, Meghan admitted on the podcast.

Meghan also admitted that Prince Harry recommended she see a psychologist because of her emotionalism. Let those women who haven't been called crazy raise their hands, she says. There aren't any because  women all get called crazy or hysterical sooner or later, Meghan said.

On the podcast, Meghan Markle talks to famous women and discusses with them the impact of gender stereotypes on their careers and lives. The first Archetype guest was tennis star Serena Williams, with whom they talked about her recent retirement from big sports.
