There's a real culprit in the Kardashian family. At least that's what former bodyguard Kris Jenner claims. The man accuses the 67-year-old star of sexual harassment. According to him, the unwanted situation occurred in 2017. The Daily Mail reports that Jenner failed to settle in private arbitration.

Mark McWilliams went to authorities a year ago. Jenner's ex-subordinate accused her of harassment. In the lawsuit, the man outlined that Kris gave him massages, touched intimate areas, undressed in front of him and made ambiguous hints. The security guard found her actions objectionable.

The Kardashian-Jenner family's celebrity mom denied all of the allegations. The Los Angeles Supreme Court ruled that the matter should have been resolved by January 6. According to materials, at the last hearing, lawyers representing both parties acknowledged the need for another arbitration process.
