Groom cancels wedding due to bride's cheating half hour before ceremony

19:22, February 6

A groom canceled the wedding at the last minute due to the infidelity of the bride, who had sex with the groom’s uncle just half an hour before going to the altar.  The story about this wedding drama, which caught the attention of the New York Post, was told by a Reddit user.

According to her, her friend Dana was supposed to marry her high school sweetheart, Josh. But the ceremony was quickly canceled after the bride's cheating was found out. The woman noted that Dana behaved like a “typical bride” on her wedding day: she was nervous and screamed at everyone around her. “The wedding was supposed to start in thirty minutes, so we decided that she needed to be alone. Five minutes before the wedding started, when the bridesmaid came up to me and told me that the wedding was cancelled." When asked about the reason, she replied: “Dana had sex with Josh’s uncle, and he caught them.”

The cheating bride, however, didn't seem to have any remorse. A few days later, she called all her girlfriends and asked if they could help her pay her $5,000 cancellation fee. Of course they refused.

It turned out that the uncle Dana had slept with was the brother of Josh's mother. Readers were shocked by this story, and they praised Josh for ditching his unfaithful fiancée.
