Monica Bellucci sets pulses racing as she shows off her incredible curves on the cover of Elle Spain's May issue.

In an interview with the aforesaid magazine, Monica, 59, assured that she had come to terms with aging. “I’m the same as everyone else: I tell myself that going against someone who is stronger than me is useless. Biological age has consequences: we no longer enjoy the benefits of youth. A physical, natural transformation occurs, and there comes a time when you have to accept it. It's important to continue to feel good and do things that I enjoy and that stimulate me."

Even though Monica is known for being fabulous, she insisted that her success isn't just about her looks. “I'm 59 years old and still working, so I don't think it's just about beauty. The initial curiosity will fade if there is not something else behind it.”

Bellucci admitted that she prefers wine, pasta, and occasional Pilates classes to grueling workouts and restrictive diets. “I'm not obsessed. I've always been a plus-size woman and never been thin, that's my nature. And I want to grow old peacefully. When you're 50 or 60, you don't have the same needs as when you were 20."

Monica addressed the movie industry's traditional trend to ignore women over a certain age.

“Today we have the freedom to express our femininity the way we want. I change with time, I develop. From a girl you become a young woman, a mother, a mature woman... In terms of cinema, at the age of 50 I starred in two films—‘Milky Way’ by Emir Kusturica and ‘Ghost’ by Sam Mendes. These directors gave me dynamic roles and the opportunity to cross the bridge of 50, which is not easy for an actress.”
