Khloe Kardashian speaks about problems she faced after birth of her son, Tatum

15:11, May 8

Khloe Kardashian spoke about the problems she faced after the birth of her son, Tatum. On the SHE MD podcast, Khloe admitted that she didn't name her now 2-year-old son until eight months after he was born.

“At first I tried different names, but I didn’t like any of them. And then I settled on the name Tatum, but we always called him baby.”

Khloe opened up also about how different she felt after giving birth to Tatum via surrogate compared to when she gave birth to her daughter, True, herself.

“With True, I could feel something for her, we talked and I don't know, I just felt True's spirit. This is weird."

On an episode of The Kardashians earlier, Khloe had opened up about how disconnected she felt from Tatum when he was born.

But now Khloe feels a much closer connection with her son: "Of course, now I'm obsessed with Tatum."

In addition, she noted that her experience differs from that of her sister, Kim Kardashian, 43, who has gone down the surrogacy route twice before, and urged others not to “compare yourself to someone else’s experience.”

"I think it's an incredible blessing that we have this opportunity and I'm so grateful to the women who give up their bodies to carry someone else's baby and then give it back to the mother," the TV star added.
