Khloe Kardashian tells how she lost 36 kg

Khloe Kardashian has revealed how she lost 36kg after giving birth to her daughter, True, in 2018.

According to her, lifestyle and diet changes helped her shed the extra pounds as she weighed over 90kg after giving birth.

“I gave up all soda,” she said on an episode of the She MD podcast. “Gradually I began to give up some foods. I did this for a week and then cut out other things because I realized that when I was young I did every diet under the sun.”

According to The Daily Mail, Khloe now weighs 55 kg. She admitted that dieting and weight loss have never been easy for her as she has been "overweight for most of my life."

For years, Khloe was stuck in a toxic cycle of being an "emotional eater," often binging on unhealthy foods and then crying about her choices.

“It took me years,” she added. “I have always been in the body. I always played sports, but was never in shape. I was more interested in food, so I had to relearn what I could eat and what I couldn’t.”

After sculpting her ideal body, Khloe often allows herself to relax when it comes to food, even though she no longer has the appetite for her past guilty pleasures.

“I kind of eat what I want,” she explained. “But because my brain is so trained, I don’t even crave junk food.”

Khloe’s only weakness is pizza, although now she doesn’t eat all the pizza.
