Kourtney Kardashian dedicates the public to almost all the intricacies of her intimate life with husband Travis Barker. The whole world knows on what day they conceived a child—and now Kourtney has revealed that she had sex with her husband to stimulate labor.

In the latest episode of The Kardashian, Kourtney and Travis documented the days leading up to the birth of their son, Rocky. Filming began on October 29, 2023, when Kourtney went into labor. Travis admitted that he was a little scared, as he had never been present at a natural birth before, although he has three children with his ex-wife. “I'll be right there. I'll catch it like a basketball," he says. Kourtney isn't too keen on the idea of Travis seeing her give birth. “You won’t look at my vagina. I don’t want you to get hurt by your favorite thing in the world.”

That same night, Kourtney and Travis went to the hospital for the first time. She had a one- to two-centimeter dilation of her uterus, some bleeding and contractions. However, labor never began, and Kourtney was sent home. "We went home, ate, showered, slept and then had sex to see if it would help," she said. "Sometimes it can help." 

 By Halloween afternoon, Kourtney and Travis were heading to the hospital again. And around midnight, their son Rocky was born.
