Beautiful to look at, super refreshing with signature bubbles—whether it’s soda, tonic or prosecco, the Spritz is a stylish serving option that doesn’t require you to be a bartender in the summer heat. We’ve rounded up five Spritz cocktails that are refreshing and uplifting.

Sweet, sour and refreshing, this cocktail brings all the elements together with the addition of the bittersweet herbal notes of vermouth. Topped with Franklin & Sons Pink Grapefruit Soda—or substitute Schweppes grapefruit, it’s bright, balanced, and sure to please.

Ingredients: 30 ml white tequila, 15 ml fresh lime juice, 30 ml Cocchi Americano—or Lilet wine, 75 ml pink grapefruit soda, and grapefruit zest for garnish.

Fill a wine glass with ice, add the ingredients, stir gently, and garnish with grapefruit zest.

2) Tanqueray Paradiso Spritz

A gin-based Spritz made with Tanqueray Paradiso, the seductive notes of Brazilian guava add a citrusy twist. Versatile and open to many possibilities, Paradiso offers a fruity take on gin.

Ingredients: 50 ml Tanqueray Paradiso, 10 ml lemon juice, 5 ml sugar syrup, 40 ml sparkling water, 90 ml prosecco, and lemon zest for garnish.

Fill a wine glass with ice. Add flavored gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Stir, then slowly top up with Prosecco and soda water, and garnish with lemon zest.

3) Allora Spritz

Allora Aperitivo al Limone comes from the sunny island of Procida, off the coast of Naples. Inspired by limoncello, this liqueur is infused with herbs and botanicals, along with lemon zest and leaves. The result? Deliciously richer and more refreshing.

Ingredients: 75ml Allora, 75ml soda water, and lemon wedge to garnish.

Method: Fill a wine glass halfway with ice. Add the liqueur, top with soda water, stir, and garnish with a lemon wedge. The liqueur can be substituted with any limoncello.

4) Gin Mare Spritz

Ingredients: 30ml Gin Mare, 25ml sherry, 15ml simple syrup, 10ml lemon juice, 75ml cava, and sprig of thyme to garnish.

Method: Half fill a round glass with ice. Add gin, sherry, simple syrup and lemon juice, stir slowly, top with cava, and garnish with a sprig of thyme.
