The iconic Dubai Fountain, one of the UAE’s most popular attractions, will delight hundreds of tourists with its final show on April 19, after which, it will close for a major renovation aimed at improving the fountain’s choreography, lighting, and sound systems.

The popular abra rides at the fountain will also be closed, Khaleej Times reports.

The renovation of this iconic tourist attraction has a strict deadline, and the Dubai Mall has confirmed that the fountain is expected to be fully operational by October 2025.

Located in the heart of Downtown Dubai, close to the Dubai Mall and the towering Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Fountain has long been a major landmark and a symbol of the city’s creativity and grandeur.

After the renovation, Dubai residents and tourists alike will be able to enjoy an even more powerful experience with the updated fountain show.
