Naomi Campbell has once again reminded the world why she remains one of fashion’s ultimate icons. At 55, the supermodel revealed how she keeps her body in peak condition — and looks straight off the cover while doing it.

During a trip to Brazil, Naomi shared footage of an intense workout wearing an EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) suit. The method enhances the effects of exercise through gentle electrical impulses that make the muscles contract more actively. In the Instagram Stories video, the model is seen working out on a Pilates reformer.

Naomi has often given glimpses into her fitness routine. In the past, she has posted yoga sessions from an exclusive Dubai studio, where memberships cost £300 ($400) a month.

Beyond fitness, Campbell continues to thrive creatively. In July, she appeared in Miley Cyrus’s music video for the single Every Girl You’ve Ever Loved from the album Something Beautiful. In the clip, Naomi recites sensual lines about the “perfect woman” in a black coat before later appearing in black lingerie alongside Miley.

“So proud to be part of this powerful moment,” she wrote under the video. “Your voice, your heart, your vision — all shine so brightly. Thank you, Miley!”

The supermodel also made headlines recently for her close friendship with Saudi producer Mohammed Al Turki. Despite swirling romance rumors, Naomi described him as “chosen family” and emphasized that their bond is rooted in warm friendship, not love.
