Kim Kardashian opened up about feeling the weight of expectations while filming her new series All’s Fair.

As reported by People, the Hulu legal drama — created by Ryan Murphy — marks Kardashian’s first leading role in a scripted show, following her acting debut in American Horror Story: Delicate. The series features an ensemble cast that includes Niecy Nash-Betts, Naomi Watts, Sarah Paulson, Glenn Close, and Teyana Taylor.

In the Nov. 13 episode of The Kardashians, the 45-year-old reality star was shown reflecting on her experience during her final day on set. “It’s crazy that this journey is over,” she said from her trailer. “You put your heart and soul into something, but it’s not guaranteed to be a hit. What if it doesn’t land? Then what was all this for?”

Kardashian admitted that despite her success in other ventures, she still worries about taking risks in unfamiliar territory. “Everything in life requires taking chances — and I’ve taken them all,” she said, adding that she feels she’s done everything possible to prepare for this next phase of her career.

In a later confessional, the SKIMS founder shared that scripted acting feels more intimidating than reality television. “With acting, people judge you — either you can act or you can’t,” she explained. “In reality TV, you’re just living your life; there’s no scorecard for how well you do it.”

Her remarks came shortly before All’s Fair premiered on Hulu earlier this month, receiving a mixed — and at times negative — response from critics and audiences alike.
