To mark a decade of the beloved forest creatures known as THE MONSTERS, the “10th Anniversary Global Tour – MONSTERS BY MONSTERS: NOW AND THEN” has kicked off in Hong Kong. The exhibition opens on December 15, 2025, at the Asia Society Hong Kong Centre and runs through January 4, 2026, with support from HSBC, following successful shows in Shanghai and Taipei.

The immersive showcase invites visitors into the enchanting world of LABUBU and friends. Ten years ago, artist Kasing Lung drew inspiration from Norse mythology to create the LABUBU and THE MONSTERS series, establishing their iconic imagery through works like his “Fairy Trilogy.” Today, these whimsical characters have transcended borders, becoming global cultural symbols that resonate with contemporary trends.

The exhibition embraces the theme “Now and Then,” transforming the venue into a magical forest where fantasy and reality intertwine. Guests can explore the artistic evolution of the series through Lung’s treasured sketches and richly layered original artworks.

The showcase features themed zones, including a Designer Toys Zone, tracing LABUBU’s evolution, and an Interactive Zone, highlighting collaborations with POP MART, offering fans a truly immersive experience.
