Frosted lips, a signature look of the late ’90s and early ’00s favored by style icons like Kate Moss and Paris Hilton, are making a comeback. Characterized by their pearlescent sheen, shades range from soft baby pinks to experimental icy golds and lavenders. Back then, the look was effortlessly glamorous; today, it sparks mixed reactions.
