Charity for Armenian children. That was the main purpose of the EliseCare organization’s gala dinner in Yerevan: to provide necessary medical assistance to Armenian children living outside Yerevan who, in case of health problems, do not have the opportunity to quickly reach medical centers.
EliseCare began its activities in 2020 during the 44-day Artsakh war, and then continued after the blockade, when Armenians from
Artsakh were forcibly displaced from their homes.
“We saw that our help was especially important in border areas,” Elise Boghossian, the president of EliseCare, told NEWS.am STYLE.

“Today is a very important day for us, because we work with the EliseCare organization in different countries, and we also have a major project in Armenia — our mobile clinics on the borders, through which we travel and provide free medical care in villages and towns. This gala is very important for us because we are raising money so that we can visit more villages and provide medical assistance to as many families in need as possible,” she added.
The ambassador of the gala dinner was the well-known French-Armenian perfumer Francis Kurkdjian, who is also the founder of the House of Francis Kurkdjian perfume brand. In conversation with us, he shared the importance of this charitable initiative based on what he had personally witnessed.

“I’m very happy to be here at the Yerevan Marriott Hotel for this gala dinner, supporting EliseCare and the whole project, so we can raise the necessary funds to provide healthcare resources outside Yerevan, in smaller towns. When you go about an hour outside the city, you realize that children, young people, and adults need medical care. It is very important to support EliseCare, and I’m happy to be the guest of honor tonight.”
Singer Andre was one of the special guests of the evening. He noted that he gladly joined Elise’s project, considering its importance and necessity.

“Charity has always been and remains important, because this concerns our children living in border communities. I gladly accepted Elise’s invitation and I’m happy that this work will continue. I think this is a great and important mission they are carrying out not only in Armenia, but also in countries where, unfortunately, wars happen,” said the singer.
During the evening, guests were entertained by Arpi, Astrig Siranossian, and Andre. Other highlights — including Kurkdjian dancing Kochari to Andre’s performance, the guests’ mood, and the warm atmosphere of the evening — are captured in NEWS.am STYLE’s Instagram videos.
