She was once crowned the "Sexiest Woman of All Time" by the iconic FHM magazine, with millions of loyal fans at her feet at the peak of her fame. Yet, 25 years later, 48-year-old former S Club 7 pop star Rachel Stevens has candidly revealed that men no longer flirt with her or ask her out on dates.

The 2000s pop icon is currently single, having recently split from Brendyn Hatfield, her professional partner from the 2022 season of the UK reality show Dancing on Ice. Stevens admits that to find love again, she might have to join dating apps for the very first time in her life.

"No! No one approaches me at all," she told The Mail on Sunday. "Very rarely will someone just come up and say hello, which is incredibly sweet, but otherwise I live a completely normal life. I’ve never been on dating apps, but I’m totally open to it now. I love meeting new people, and in life, you just have to follow your heart."

Rachel Stevens shot to global stardom in the late 1990s when music mogul Simon Fuller selected her as a member of S Club 7. Although the pop group featured seven co-eds, Stevens instantly stood out as the breakout star and an ultimate sex symbol for a generation.

She quickly became a fixture of the British tabloids, which obsessively tracked her high-profile romances with Holby City actor Jeremy Edwards and Gavin Dein, son of the former Arsenal FC vice-chairman. I absolutely loved that period—it was pure 90s and 2000s aesthetic," she reflected. "My life has done a complete 180 since then, but that 'Sexiest Woman' title is something I’ll always have. It’s a great title to hold, very flattering and lovely."
