Madonna has once again graced the cover of the fashion bible in her signature provocative style, starring as the main icon of the latest issue of Vogue Italia.

The 67-year-old superstar stunned fans with a series of photographs captured by the acclaimed Brazilian photographer Rafael Pavarotti. For the shoot, the singer donned pieces from her own archival wardrobe. In one of the most striking shots, the pop diva is captured with her head thrown back in ecstasy, sensuously embracing her chest.

For the photoshoot, the artist chose a nude-colored corset, fishnet stockings, shimmering gold heels, and—in a rather unexpected twist—pink knee pads. Her bold look was completed with pink-tinted hair.
In her interview with the magazine, Madonna teased her highly anticipated upcoming album, Confessions II, which is scheduled for release on July 3.
The record serves as a direct sequel to her massive 2005 hit album, Confessions on a Dance Floor. For the follow-up, the singer has reunited with legendary producer Stuart Price. The release was primarily inspired by the star’s enduring love for club culture. "Any dance floor is a sacred space where you free your body and mind, where anxiety fades away, and you find the opportunity to achieve a deeper state of consciousness," Madonna shared with Vogue.

The singer added that she, naturally, still dances a lot. "I do it for work, but also at home in the kitchen after dinner with my kids... Dance defined my destiny. It allowed me to escape the rather mundane life I lived in the Midwest, move to New York, and chase my dreams."
The singer also strictly criticized the use of artificial intelligence in creative fields and expressed regret over the immense pressure modern musicians face regarding social media numbers instead of focusing on the art itself. "Back then, artists, musicians, dancers, and creators gathered in one place and genuinely created for each other. I deeply treasure that experience," she noted. "Today, everything is different. Now, to get a record deal, you have to think about how many followers you have."
"That’s exactly why in my track Bring Your Love, I sing: 'Don't try to distract me with numbers.' I started at a time when nobody thought about charts or streaming metrics. Algorithms and artificial intelligence are the complete opposite of calculated risk—and for me, taking risks is the very essence of creating art."
