The iconic 90s celebrity party organizer and former best friend of Kate Moss, 63-year-old Fran Cutler, has shocked the public with a confession about her personal life. Speaking on HELLO! magazine's Second Act podcast, she revealed that she has started a romance with a young man 38 years her junior.

According to Fran, this partnership beats even the famous age-gap relationships of her friends from London's elite Primrose Hill set, such as Kate Moss and Sienna Miller.

Her Daughter's Reaction and an "Ironclad" Alibi

The news of her mother's latest romance left her adult daughter, Mercy, furious. The situation is complicated by the fact that Cutler's new partner is practically the same age as her daughter. "My daughter just went mad! I promised Mercy that I would never date guys her age, and now she keeps saying, 'It’s disgusting!'. Our relationship with my daughter is like the TV show Absolutely Fabulous, so she's in shock. And I tell her: 'Look, we haven’t even slept together yet, we’ve only kissed!'" Fran shared candidly.

Fran raised Mercy as a single mother; the girl's father left while Cutler was still pregnant and has played no part in her life, offering no financial support.

Blacklists, Revenge, and "Purging" Her Circle

Aside from the juicy details of her romance, Fran Cutler spoke openly about how ruthlessly she cuts ties with once-close friends. In her heyday, Fran was dubbed the "party rottweiler" for her strict guest curation at London's most exclusive events. She has applied that very same approach to friendship.

The socialite admitted that she keeps secret "hit lists" where she notes down everyone who has crossed her.

"I make lists of people at night when I'm bored. I don't say anything about them, I just keep the list to myself and think: 'I remember you and I know who you really are.' People show their true colors all the time."

In recent years, she has drastically overhauled her social circle, cutting about ten friends out of her life without warning. Fran attributes this to envy on their part due to their own unhappy marriages and their inability to accept their own aging process.

Cutler sees no need to seek active revenge on her former friends, choosing instead to rely on karma. "I just look at my list and think: well, they got what they deserved."

Supermodel Kate Moss remains on Fran's blacklist to this day. The two were inseparable for over 20 years until 2018, when Fran accidentally sent Kate a text message criticizing her appearance that was meant for someone else. Moss was furious, and the women have not spoken since.
