Brooklyn Beckham is back in the kitchen, and he has once again horrified his fans. While vacationing on a luxury yacht, the 27-year-old aspiring chef decided to prepare a tomato pasta dish using seawater for boiling.

The clip, which originally appeared online last year, was reposted to TikTok on Thursday. In addition to showcasing his culinary skills, the young man took the opportunity to promote his Cloud 23 hot sauce. However, the main topic of heated discussion was not the sauce, but Brooklyn’s decision to dip a saucepan directly into the sea to collect salty water for his pasta.

An attempt to outdo David Beckham?

As observers note, this move looked like an attempt to one-up his father, David Beckham, with whom Brooklyn currently has a strained relationship. The former England football star is also passionate about cooking and once completed serious professional training.

During his contract with AC Milan, David told The Times: "Funnily enough, when I lived in Italy, I took a six-month culinary course at a professional chef's school and learned to make real ragu and fresh pasta. I used to go there three times a week... I was obsessed with perfecting the risotto because it is difficult."
