Anne Hathaway has humorously reacted to absurd social media rumors claiming she was faking her pregnancy. The fierce debate was sparked by viral footage from the recent Los Angeles premiere of her new film, The End of Oak Street.

Arriving on the red carpet in a striking silk crop top and low-rise jeans that fully bared her growing baby bump, the actress immediately captured everyone's attention. However, a segment of users on TikTok and other platforms unexpectedly accused the star of deception, claiming her pregnancy looked "fake" and that her bump was a prosthetic.

Not leaving the speculations unaddressed, Hathaway posted a behind-the-scenes look at her premiere prep on Instagram, adding the ironic caption: "Fake hair, real belly — enjoy the chaos of the party with me while my outfit is literally melting from the heat!"

Anne Hathaway and her husband, Adam Shulman, already share two sons—10-year-old Jonathan and 6-year-old Jack. The actress announced that they were expecting their third child in mid-June via a touching social media video.

Later, during an appearance on Seth Meyers' show, the actress confessed that the pregnancy news came as a huge and joyful surprise to both her and her husband.
