Nicole Kidman has once again found herself at the center of speculation about plastic surgery — but this time, it is not her famous face that has caught fans’ attention, but her striking cleavage.

The 59-year-old actress has been busy promoting Practical Magic 2 in recent weeks, and her red-carpet appearances have certainly not gone unnoticed. At the film’s Los Angeles premiere, Kidman showed off a fuller bust in a dramatic Atelier Versace gown with a plunging neckline, designed by Pieter Mulier.

The striking look, featuring delicate lace detailing, accentuated the actress’s cleavage. She completed the ensemble with a black lace choker, matching heels and statement earrings.

The daring appearance immediately sparked a new wave of speculation, with fans wondering whether her noticeably fuller bust could be the result of plastic surgery.

Rumors that Kidman has had breast augmentation have followed the actress for years. Now, a plastic surgery expert has weighed in on the debate. Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Cat Begovic told the Daily Mail that the actress’s latest photos could indeed suggest she has undergone breast augmentation.

According to Begovic, the images show a more defined cleavage line and increased volume in the upper portion of the breasts — features that could potentially indicate the presence of breast implants.

Kidman has previously admitted to trying Botox, but later stopped using the injections after she was unhappy with the results.

The cleavage debate also took a rather amusing turn. At the Los Angeles premiere, Kidman’s longtime friend and Practical Magic 2 co-star Sandra Bullock decided to joke about their figures.

The 62-year-old actress told People magazine that, despite knowing each other for nearly three decades, their “breasts are still in the same place.”

Interestingly, Kidman was praised for her more natural appearance just recently. During interviews promoting Practical Magic 2, the actress appeared noticeably more relaxed, while her face looked less tense than usual.

Fans noticed that her facial features appeared softer and quickly took to social media to discuss the change. Many admitted that they preferred this more natural look.

“Finally, there’s movement around her eyes and forehead! So much better,” one user wrote.
