For those who are tired of expensive five-star hotels, there are unusual ones. One of them - Oxford Malmaison - hotel-prison, which is a luxury boutique hotel in Britain. The hotel was once a prison and has kept the prison attributes to this day. Wealthy people do not mind and gladly book  “bunk luxury” RBC reports.

Malmaison hotel lighting is dim and gloomy, and the doors leading to the 12 cell-rooms are from iron. In addition, the tourists are offered with CD-players, TV, Internet, Jacuzzi, and daily change of linen.

The secret is that the hotel offers the guests to behave badly, for example, to steal towels and drink all night at the Malbar bar. ‘Feeding’ in Mal Brasserie Restaurant consists of classic English cuisine. The price of the rooms is not specified.
