Imagine you are a manager of talented music celebrities. Your main target is to ensure your musicians look attractive and desirable for their fans 7/24. They are talented indeed and are good-looking, however, their albums are sold poorly. What is the reason?

The key: The problem which is likely ‘hampering musicians’ is indeed your problem hampering yourself.

If you assume the problem is due to a musician or someone else who does not contribute enough in the common work, then your problem is likely to realizing your own weak points.
