Imagine you are a manager of talented music celebrities. Your main target is to ensure your musicians look attractive and desirable for their fans 7/24. They are talented indeed and are good-looking, however, their albums are sold poorly. What is the reason?
The key: The problem which is likely ‘hampering musicians’ is indeed your problem hampering yourself.
If you assume the problem is due to a musician or someone else who does not contribute enough in the common work, then your problem is likely to realizing your own weak points.
If you believe the reason is linked to some conflicts within the group, it means you cannot find a common language with yourself. If the reason is the lack of attention by your group towards their fans, you need to share more attention to your friends, relatives and other people.
