New Year diet for breastfeeding mother
The New Year is of course a little miracle with its gifts and guests, and also with diverse dishes in the Armenian reality in particular. So, what if a mother is breeding her baby with breast? Is she indeed limited to certain dishes and does not have right to taste hot peppers, to drink alcohol beverages, or to eat enough dessert?
Young mothers should relax. Scientists have not yet proved connection between what you eat and the situation of breastfed baby. Mothers can allow eating anything except foods causing allergies. These foods are fishes, eggs, citrus fruits, nuts and the like.
The other good news for mothers is the following, they are allowed drinking a glass of champagne at the New Year Eve.
