Hi! Yesterday I promised to tell about my “magic diet” called “Minus 60”.

So, the author of the diet lost 60 kg. Remember, if any item is not in the list for lunch or dinner foods, it means that you cannot eat it!

Breakfast

You can eat absolutely everything until noon, ignore the serving size, and even more, ignore calories.

You must have breakfast, to promptly activate the metabolic processes in the body.

Drink as much as the body needs.

Dinner

You can boil or simmer everything for dinner, mayonnaise, sour cream are permitted until 2 p.m. in small amounts (about a teaspoon), soy sauce, vegetable or olive oil in small quantities.

Soups with potatoes, or broth with beans and peas.

Any sushi.

Any sour-milk products.

Fruits

1. Apples (1-2pc during the day)

2. Citrus

3. Plums (not much)

4. Kiwi

5. Watermelon (1 2 piece throughout the day)

6. Prunes

7. Pineapple

Supper

Simmer everything in water, do not fry. You can use seasoning. Soy sauce - in very small quantities. Salt is allowed, sugar is not.
