Trump attorney accuses porn starStormy Daniels of violating nondisclosure agreement and seek $20 million in damages

10:02, March 17

Michael Cohen, President Trump’s personal attorney, claims he has the right to seek at least $20 million in damages from porn star Stormy Daniels for allegedly violating a nondisclosure agreement 20 times, TMZ has learned. A lawyer for Cohen’s limited liability corporation, Essential Consultants, made the claim in papers filed in federal court Friday. According to new legal docs ... Stormy agreed in the "hush" contract with Trump -- created by his attorney, Michael Cohen -- to fork over $1 million in damages if she breached it, per incident.

Cohen claims Stormy has indeed breached the agreement -- at least 20 times -- so he has the right to go after her for $20 million.

Stormy sued to try to get the "hush" pact tossed, claiming the Prez used an alias and never signed it in the first place. She also started a crowdfunding page to raise funds for her legal costs against Trump and his lawyers.

So far she's raised more than $171,000 from various donors ... and it looks like she might need every penny.

Cohen also intends to force the dispute with Daniels, who alleges she was secretly paid to keep quiet about an affair with the president, out of the public eye and back into private arbitration, according to the court filing.
