Yerevan Jazz Fest 2018 kicked off today under the sounds of Arturo Sandoval's emotional performances and the State Jazz Orchestra of Armenia. This festival unites talented jazz musicians not only from Armenia, but also from all over the world for the fourth year .
Sandoval played trumpet and piano during the festival. There was also a special surprise for a special guest. Famous jazzman Levon Malkhasyan joined the the concert. Favorite musicians performed together on the same stage, receiving a big round of applause.
"I have been in Armenia for a few days, but I am in love with this country. I especially like beautiful people here, who are kind and warm, " confessed Grammy Award winner, who celebrated his 69th birthday in Yerevan yesterday.
Earlier, the musician told reporters that he liked Armenian women. "I want to stay in Armenia for a long time."
