Here is the list of the food that spoils mood, with the first place occupied by the chips, as they provoke the dependency, block the endorphins and contribute to the development of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract.
The chips are followed by ham, which contains a lot of sugar, stabilizers, dyes, nitrates and salt, which provoke a bad mood. Sweet non-alcoholic beverages occupy the third place, as thay generally lead to depression. The list is completed by margarine, pumpkin seeds and finally salty peanuts.
