Famous American actress Jane Fonda has recalled her friendship with Michael Jackson. The “China Syndrome” star was close with the singer and would always be in touch with him, even until his death in 2009.
In 1981, Fonda starred in Mark Rydell’s “On Golden Pond”, which received three Oscars.
The shootings took place in Hampshire County. Jane called Michael and invited him to Hampshire County for a week, and the singer gladly accepted the invitation. “He would sleep on the mattress on the floor in the guest room,” Fonda, who would sleep in the attic, said on the Watch What Happens Live TV show.
The actress said she had known Jackson pretty well. Jackson would see Fonda often and would stay for a few days wherever the star would be. Fonda also admitted that she once swam naked with Jackson. “I skinny-dipped with him, how about that?” Fonda joked.
Fonda explained that she doesn’t have a lot of photos with the singer in her archive and added that she isn’t a big fan of photos and prefers to simply be friends with people.
