But the details of the abusive relationship between the singer and her guardian continue to appear to the world. This time, a longtime friend of the family, Jacqueline Butcher, shared shocking stories.

In a frank interview, the woman said that Jamie Spears called her daughter fat, a whore and threatened not to let her children go, considering him a terrible mother.

‘Jamie said, “Baby,”, and I thought he was going to say, “We love you, but you need help.” But what he said was “You’re fat. Daddy’s gonna get you on a diet and a trainer, and you’re gonna get back in shape.”’

She also claimed that Jamie ‘wore [Britney] down over the following weeks, saying: ‘He would get all in her face—spittle was flying—telling her she was a whore and a terrible mother.’

Spears' father promised that she would not see her sons again if she did not obey him.  And Britney did everything she was told to prevent this from happening.
