American pop star Britney Spears again appeared in custody court.
"I'm here to press charges. I'm angry and I will go there," the singer said on Wednesday.
“Ma’am, that’s not abuse, that’s just fucking cruelty,” Spears told judge Brenda Penny. “Excuse my language but it’s the truth.”
She noted that “they were always trying to make me feel like I’m crazy, which I’m not.” She reiterated that she was forced to take medications against her will, saying, “I think they were trying to kill me.”
During this meeting, Britney was allowed to choose her own lawyer, which was a great achievement. Previously, the singer was defended by lawyers whom she could not trust. Her new lawyer is Mathew Rosengart. The human rights activist has already said that he will try to do everything possible to help the star client.
