Swedish cosmetics company Oriflame is suspending its investments in marketing and reducing the number of events and trainings, RIA Novosti reported.
Due to a number of operational and legal difficulties Oriflame considers it impossible to continue operations in Russia in its current form, the company said in a statement. At the same time, it is specified that the brand partners can continue to operate in Russia, taking into account all the adopted changes.
The company specified that the partners of the brand may continue their activities but taking into consideration all the changes. Also earlier the Swedish newspaper Dagens Industri wrote that the company remains in Russia and will continue to sell in the country in order to support sales consultants.
