As he had promised during the press conference preceding the concert, the artist performed both- his old songs and the new ones, he also chilled the public with some world-known hits by Joe Dassin, Michel Legrand, Charles Aznavour, and gifted everyone with his energy and frankness-telling some funny stories regarding the preparations of the music program.
He revised how he and his musicians were once at his barn, when started to play the music, and how the sounds of the nature and horses inspired them to create the tune in a more folk style.
The singer mostly performed in French, but the language was not a barrier for the Armenian fans to sing and support their favourite artist.
Garou will spend several days in Yerevan. As the singer had stated, the concerts in Yerevan are the last ones in his touring list, so he has no reason to harry back to Canada and will be able to realize some explorations in the city.
The Canadian artist will have another concert in Yerevan, which is planned on April 22.
