Rapper Kanye West is threatening to sue a burger shop owner in Melbourne, Australia, DailyMail reported.
The restaurant itself, whose owner was a big West fan, was named after the artist's first album, The College Dropout. The building was decorated with frescoes depicting the artist, and some dishes were named after him.
Lawyers for the 45-year-old rapper threatened the owner of the establishment with a lawsuit, saying that Kanye did not consent to the use of his images and name.
The restaurant's logo has been changed, and the mural with its image has been removed.
Burger owner admitted that he was disappointed by the threat of legal action from the performer, since, according to him, the establishment he created was a tribute to the artist.
