Singer The Weeknd unexpectedly interrupted his concert in Los Angeles, performing only four songs, Reuters reported.

"I don’t know what just happened… but I just lost my voice,” he said. “This is killing me, I don’t want to stop the show but I can’t give you the concert I want to give you right now. I’m gonna make sure everybody’s good — you’ll get your money back — I’ll do a show real soon for you guys." said the artist. Later, the singer promised to return the money for the disrupted concert and give a new one when the reason for the loss of his voice becomes clear.

This is not the first time recently that The Weeknd has cancelled a concert. The musician postponed his tour from January to the summer of 2022 in order to prepare more seriously for the performances. The first city was supposed to be Toronto, The Weeknd's hometown, but the concert was postponed until the fall for technical reasons.
