Streaming service Netflix has released the trailer of the film adaptation of the German writer Erich Maria Remarque's "All Quiet on the Western Front." The video has been published on YouTube.

The film was directed by Edward Berger. The film stars Daniel Bruhl, Albrecht Schuch, Sebastian Hulck, Felix Kammerer, Aaron Hilmer, Edin Hasanovic and Devid Striesow.

The film premiered on September 12, 2022 at the annual Toronto Film Festival. The world premiere on the Netflix platform is scheduled for October 28.

Erich Maria Remarque's novel "All Quiet on the Western Front" is one of the big three lost generation novels published in 1929, along with the works of "A Farewell to Arms" by Ernest Hemingway and "Death of a Hero" by Richard Aldington. The anti-war novel recounts all the experiences seen at the front by young soldier Paul Baumer, as well as his front-line comrades in World War I.
