The streaming service Disney+ has announced that an original documentary about the creator of Marvel Comics characters Stan Lee will be released in 2023, Deadline reported.

Lee died at the age of 95 in 2018. He co-created Spider-Man, The Avengers, X-Men, Hulk and Fantastic Four, and made cameo appearances in Marvel blockbusters.

Lee's career began in 1941 when, at the age of 17, he published his first work in the form of a story that appeared in an issue of Captain America comics.

Stan Lee would have turned 100 years old this year.
